The Clemco WetBlast FLEX Air Filter with Manual Drain, 1-1/2" NPT (Part #01284) is a high-capacity Norgren heavy-duty moisture separator engineered specifically for the Clemco WetBlast FLEX wet/dry abrasive blast system. Built for 1-1/2" NPT main air plumbing lines, this filter traps liquid water condensate, oil aerosols, and airborne particulates before compressed air reaches the blast vessel, pneumatic controls, and liquid injector pump module.It features a rugged housing designed for high-CFM airflow and includes a manual drain valve at the base to purge collected moisture during operation, preventing media clumping and pneumatic valve contamination.

The Clemco Part #01284 is a high-flow 1-1/2" NPT moisture separator and air filter assembly equipped with a manual petcock drain valve. It comes standard on Clemco WetBlast FLEX™ systems and larger dry abrasive blast pots.

• Port Connection Size: 1-1/2" NPT female inlet and outlet ports.
• Drain Type: Manual Drain (MD) — requires operator opening via bottom petcock valve to purge accumulated liquid condensate and oil.
• Primary Function: Removes liquid water, oil mists, scale, and rust particles from main compressed air supply lines before entering the blast machine or moisture-sensitive metering valves.
• System Integration: Mounted directly onto the air manifold of Clemco WetBlast FLEX units (all-in-one wet abrasive blasting skids) as well as classic 6 cu. ft. contractor blast pots.
