POP-UP VALVE WITH 1/2 INCH STEM FOR 4" OPENING

The Clemco Pop-Up Valve with 1/2" Stem (Part #02321) is a heavy-duty internal sealing valve designed for classic Clemco abrasive blast pots (1.5 cu ft through 6 cu ft capacities) built with a 4-inch fill opening. It features a 1/2-inch solid steel guide stem engineered to slide smoothly inside the pot's 1-inch internal pipe assembly. When the blast machine pressurizes, air pressure forces the pop-up valve upward against the pot seat to create an airtight seal at the top chamber, maintaining vessel operating pressure during blasting operations.

“Older Style” Pop-Up valve for 1.5 cubic foot through 6 Cubic Foot machines with a 4 inch opening.

The valve stem is ½” and will ride along the inside of the 1” pipe inside the blast pot.

This pop-up valve can be found on the following model machines manufactured before June of 1983: Model 1642, Model 1648, Model 2443, & Model 2452
