The Clemco Auto Quantum Grit Metering Valve (AQV-H), typically associated with Part #27525 (with fittings), is a premium, pneumatically-operated abrasive metering valve engineered for 1-1/4" piping systems. It is designed for pressure-hold remote control systems or pressure-release systems equipped with an abrasive cut-off switch (ACS). The AQV-H allows operators to reliably maintain precise abrasive flow settings and shut off the media flow independently of the air stream, making it easy to blow down and clear surfaces. It is a rugged, heavy-duty valve capable of handling all common media types, including expendable mineral, slag, and harsh metallic abrasives.
