The Clemco Sentinel Metering Valve for Fine Mesh without an Abrasive Cut-off Switch (ACS), commonly identified as Part #21439, is a highly precise, pneumatically-operated abrasive metering valve. It is specifically engineered for fine blast media (50-mesh or finer).Like the standard version, it features a rugged fail-to-safe design that automatically and instantly stops the flow of media if air or electric power to the remote controls is interrupted. Because it lacks the built-in ACS, this streamlined version is ideal for continuous blasting setups or automated systems where the independent shut-off of the abrasive at the nozzle is not required.

The Sentinel Metering Valve is a pneumatically-operated valve without an Abrasive Cutoff Switch suitable for all common blast media NOT coarser than 50 mesh. The sentinel is compatible on classic blast machines 2 cuft and larger equipped with a pressure release remote (either pneumatic or electric). This valve requires 50-70 PSI to fully open the plunger. This manually-operated abrasive metering valve has a 1-1/2" NPT connection to the pot.
