The Clemco Pop-Up Valve and Shaft for 2" Opening (Part #01242) is a compact internal sealing valve designed for smaller Clemco contractor blast pots—such as Model 1028 and Model 1042 systems—featuring a 2-inch filling opening. Built with an integrated 1/2-inch diameter guide stem, it slides inside the pot's internal piping framework. When the blast machine is pressurized, air pressure forces the valve cone upward against the internal seat ring to form an airtight seal at the vessel's inlet, maintaining pot operating pressure during abrasive blasting operations.
