The Clemco High-Volume Portable Compressed-Air Coalescent Filter (Part #23108) is an 800-CFM capacity, 10-inch diameter pressure vessel filter designed to remove moisture, oil aerosols, and fine particulates down to 10 microns from high-volume air lines supplying multiple blast pots.Built on a heavy-duty frame with two 6-inch wheels and a rigid transport handle, this ASME-code stamped vessel (rated up to 150 psi) features 2" NPT inlet/outlet ports. Inside, a cleanable fine-mesh stainless steel filter element causes oil and water vapors to coalesce and collect at the bottom of the chamber, where contaminants are discharged via a manual drain petcock valve. It provides a rugged alternative to refrigerated air dryers for high-humidity field operations.

Portable 800-cfm capacity Coalescent Filter removes water from the compressed air supply for multiple blast machines and other pneumatic tools requiring a dry, high-volume air supply. Two 6-inch wheels and a rigid handle allow one person to move the Coalescent Filter along a smooth, level surface. The filter has one outlet and a manual petcock to drain accumulated moisture.

The Coalescent Filter removes water, oil, and dirt particles down to 10 microns from the compressed-air supply. It is designed for use with portable and stationary compressors, and works in conjunction with a conventional particulate air filter installed at the blast machine inlet.

The Coalescent Filter requires at least 200 cfm of air flow at 50 psi to operate.
