SENTINEL VALVE | WITH ACS

The Clemco Sentinel Metering Valve with Abrasive Cut-off Switch (ACS), commonly identified as Part #20508, is a highly precise, pneumatically-operated abrasive metering valve.Designed for classic blast machines sized 2 cubic feet and larger, it is capable of accurately metering all common blast media.The valve features a rugged fail-to-safe design that instantly stops the flow of media if air or electric power to the remote controls is interrupted.The built-in ACS allows the operator to shut off the abrasive flow at the control handle independently of the air stream, making it easy to use the blast nozzle to blow down and clear dust and media from the freshly blasted surface.

The Sentinel Metering Valve (with ACS) is a pneumatically-operated abrasive media valve with an Automatic Cutoff Switch. This valve is well-suited for all common blast media coarser than 50 mesh. The sentinel is compatible on classic blast machines 2 cuft and larger equipped with a pressure release remote (either pneumatic or electric). This valve requires 50-70 PSI to fully open the plunger.  This abrasive metering valve has a 1-1/2" NPT connection to the pot.

ACS

The automatic cutoff switch allows the blast operator to stop the flow of abrasive without stopping the flow of air for clearing the blast hose and for blowing down the surfaces after blasting.
